Multiple Campaigns
Hoardlight allows you to create as many campaigns as you'd like, in as many settings you want.
Some of your content is shared between campaigns. Here's how it works:
Dashboards are unique to each campaign
Rules are shared between campaigns of the same setting. So, for example, all your DnD 5e campaigns will share the same Rules.
Notes, Session Notes and NPCs are linked to ONE campaign and are not accessible between campaigns
Sourcebooks are not linked to campaigns and are accessible from anywhere
Intuitive Dashboard
Hoardlight's Dashboard allows you to easily track and manage the important informations you want to access frequently. Each of your campaigns comes with it's own dashboard making it easy to organize and find back your information while changing between games and settings.

Powerful 'Warehouse'
Your "Warehouse" is the collection of pages containing ALL of your content. Those pages allow you to create, edit, organize and delete your content.
Currently, each of those types of content can be managed in your Warehouse:

Notes
NPCs
Sourcebooks
Importation
You can upload your PDFs directly in our imporation tool. Once done, you can easily create content in Hoardlight by highlighting your document. You can also organize your imported / created content by "Soucebooks", making it easy to regroup it and find it back later.
Searching
Hoardlight is made for you to Hoard content and create your own Compendium. Keeping that in mind, we are making it easy for you to quickly find the content you are looking for.
Searchbars can be find accross the application, to help you find anything, from anywhere.
Links
Each of your Dashboards contain a List of Links.
This powerful list allows you to create, edit, organize, reorder and delete links that you quickly want access to.
Furthermore, all the content that you create can contain links to external or internal content. Links to internal content show a brief description of the linked content when hovered, allowing for quick information retrieval.
Notepads
"Notepads" are handy collection of content directly found on your dashboards. Each Dashboard contains two notepads and each notepad can contain as much content as you want.
They allow you to create, edit and delete content directly from your dashboard, preventing you from going back and forth between different pages.
Powerful Text Editor
Each type of content allowing you to write long description will use our powerful Text Editor.
This text editor allows you to create easy to read description using multiple text format, including titles, lists, dividers and links.
AI Descriptions
Our text editor allows you to create "AI Blocks". These blocks are used to prompt an AI (currently ChatGPT) for quick and easy descriptions. These descriptions can quickly be regenerated or edited to fit your needs.
